7. User Absence (No Show)
An absence is considered when:
- The user does not show up at the pick-up location
- The user does not respond to the driver's contact
- The user is not available at the agreed-upon time
In these cases:
- The trip may be considered used
- Additional charges may apply
- The service may be rescheduled subject to availability
8. Proper Use of Service
The user agrees to use the service responsibly.

- Use the service for illegal activities
- Endanger the driver or vehicle
- Damage equipment or property
- Engage in aggressive or inappropriate behavior
Fastpin reserves the right to suspend service in case of violation of these rules.
9. Safety and Responsibility

However, Fastpin will not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic
- Weather conditions
- Emergencies
- Events beyond our control

- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
